The DreadBox Dystopia Bit Crusher and Noise Generator produces frequencies such as white, white to pink, white to blue, scatter, digital and pitch. The bit crusher has a range from 1 second up to 8 kHz. The digital noise aspect can also be used as a random gate generator.
